VERY IMPORTANT: Brothers, We have obtained extra rooms from the hotel in DC on two occasions and we can no longer get additional rooms. HOWEVER, Fritz is asking every chapter President to inform their members that is anyone needs to cancel a room DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO CANCEL Doing so will return the room to the public pool at $399 per night. Instead, any member who needs to cancel a room should first check with their chapter to see if anyone needs a room and then, if not, contact Fritz and let him know they don't need the room. In either case the room should be left in the name of the original member and the member who uses the room should change the name at check-in. In the case where a room is not needed by someone in the canceling members chapter Fritz has directed that we maintain a list of members needing rooms and the Parent Chapter will contact those members and inform them of the name the room is under which they can use. All this info will be sent out via regular mail as well as email. |
